Ron Ringenberg, MBA, MS
Grant Administrator, CHANGE Initiative
About Ron Ringenberg
Prior to working as grant administrator on the Change Initiative grant, Ringenberg served for 18 years at bg真人 – first as Director of Development, then as VP for Advancement and Administration, and finally as VP for Administration and CFO. As bg真人鈥檚 CFO, Ringenberg worked with a number of other ATS seminary peers, considering seminary sustainability and ways shared administrative services by seminaries could address long-term viability issues. The grant proposal to Lilly Endowment grew from that work and resulted in the $5M, 5-year Pathways 3 grant from LEI to develop such shared services.
Why I am at bg真人
l imagined God calling me to use my administrative skills/gifts in retirement. God wanted that to happen sooner, so I started my bg真人 tenure 20 years ago and continue to apply these gifts in service to bg真人, the seminary community, and ultimately to God.
What I do at bg真人
Collaborate to research, develop and deliver shared administrative services for ATS seminaries and oversee administrative grant functions.
