The Institute of Mennonite Studies (IMS) and the bg真人 Library have collaborated to completely digitize two important IMS book series and to make them freely accessible online:

• The Text-Reader Series, with eight volumes published between 1984 and 1997,听seeks to 鈥渕ake available significant resource materials for classroom use,鈥� prioritizing 鈥淢ennonite writings and the needs of Mennonite seminary classrooms.鈥�
• The Occasional Papers, with 27 volumes published between 1981 and 2009, has a purpose of making 鈥渧arious types of essays available for critical counsel from within the Mennonite theological community.鈥� As such, the work contained in this series has often been ahead of its time, including, for example, the听collection Peace Theology and Violence Against Women published in 1992.
